Yes, absolutely! Our classes are developed in a controlled environment supervised by certified instructors. We prioritize safety, the use of proper protective equipment, and mutual respect in each practice to minimize any risk.

We offer programs adapted for all ages. We have specialized classes for children from 4 years of age, as well as groups for teenagers and adults of all experience levels.

For your first trial class you only need to attend in comfortable sportswear (t-shirt and sweatpants) and bring a water bottle to hydrate. We train barefoot on the tatami, so you do not require special footwear.

No. Combat or sparring is done progressively, always under the strict supervision of the instructor and using official protective gear. We focus on technical learning, self-control, and caring for the partner.

It is not necessary to purchase the uniform immediately. You can start your first sessions with basic sportswear. Once you decide to formally continue with your training, we will guide you on how to purchase the official dojo uniform.
